Adult G.U.T.S. Boot Camp
If we stick together, we will all get much farther than we ever could alone.

Teamwork and accountability are the key to this 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) class.

There are 3 Phases to Boot Camp:

  • Phase I: extensive physical training, muscular endurance training with resistance bands, cardio and sprint training, abdominal, pushup work.
  • Phase II: cardio and sprint training with times expected to improve weekly, band work with higher tension bands, increased ab and pushup work. Fridays will be dedicated to performing the Obstacle course, a series of stations done with no rest.
  • Phase III: timed runs, continued ab and pushup work, progressive weight training and the opportunity to put all the skills to the test through specific tasks as a team or facing down the man made obstacle course (O-course).

Typical results of the 12 week program:

  • 112% Upper body strength improvement
  • 94% Cardiovascular conditioning improvement
  • 13.3 lbs average weight loss
