what it is

UNICUS Fitness has created Group RIPT, the Ultimate Group Resistance Experience. This is designed to challenge your body with UNICUS Functional Training methods all with the purpose of giving your body the lines of lean muscle while using different forms of weighted implements. Not to be mistaken for Traditional Tone, Pump or Resistance Classes, Group RIPT is the product of the trademarked UNICUS Methodology of Time Under Tension ™ and Gravity Positioned Training ™ that has become the hallmark of UNICUS Programming.

Using weighted implements such as barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, kettlebells and medicine balls, to name a few, you will have your body and mind challenged beyond what you thought both were capable of handling. RIPT is ideal for people short on time, but want Professional Level Results at a great value. get into shape. get R.I.P.T.

Minimum of 4 people needed to conduct this Personal Training Program

Times are available at the following: Monday and Wednesday from 6pm-6:50pm 233 N. Michigan Ave *Limit of 12 people per class

4 weeks of Group RIPT = $109 per person

4 weeks of Group RIPT with meal plan = $168 per person
