what it is
UNICUS Fitness has created Group RIPT, the Ultimate Group Resistance Experience. This
is designed to challenge your body with UNICUS Functional Training methods all with the
purpose of giving your body the lines of lean muscle while using different forms of
weighted implements. Not to be mistaken for Traditional Tone, Pump or Resistance
Classes, Group RIPT is the product of the trademarked UNICUS Methodology of Time
Under Tension ™ and Gravity Positioned Training ™ that has become the hallmark of
UNICUS Programming.
how it works
Using weighted implements such as barbells, dumbbells, sandbags, kettlebells and
medicine balls, to name a few, you will have your body and mind challenged beyond
what you thought both were capable of handling. RIPT is ideal for people short on time,
but want Professional Level Results at a great value.
