Junior G.U.T.S Boot Camp
UNICUS Performance Training presents the Junior G.U.T.S. (Group Uniformed Training Systems) Boot Camp. G.U.T.S. is an 4-week training program designed to help children (ages 7-18; grouped according to age) improve their health and fitness.
This fitness program teaches children the
concepts of teamwork and accountability in order to achieve their fitness goals. This emphasis on teamwork and accountability between fellow recruits allows individuals to accomplish greater goals and benefit more than they would on their own.

This is a great off-season sports conditioning class as well as a general fitness program to help kids improve their health. This progressive class is designed for any and all fitness levels!
