Quantum Sports Training
Off-Season Conditioning
The length of the Off-Season program is between 6-12 weeks depending on the start of the program and start of the sport season. Athletes can train 2-3 days per week for 1 hour per day. The main focus will be improving the major areas of athleticism: Speed, Power, Agility and Endurance. This is the time for athletes to make mammoth improvements on development of their bodies (strength, power, size). During this time, UNICUS will also focus on making the athlete more resistant to injury for the upcoming season. Athletes will also be given a nutritional plan designed to help them improve their major area of concern: Strength, Quickness or Endurance Gaining or losing weight is a product of the athletes goals, NOT the main purpose of training and nutrition.

Pre-Season Conditioning
The length of the Pre-Season program is between 4-6 weeks depending on the start of the program and start of the sport season. Athletes can train 2 days per week for 1 hour per day. The major focus of the Pre-Season is to get the athlete ready to excel in their regular season. Performing sport skills at high speeds with maximum agility and power should be the main emphasis. The saying goes, "Train movements, not muscles" and it is a mantra will live by with Quantum Sports Training TM. The secondary focus of this phase is to improve muscular endurance and cardiovascular levels to the speed and intensity of the athlete's sport. A nutritional plan will be presented to the athlete designed to help them improve upon their major area of concern: Strength, Quickness or Endurance

In-Season Conditioning
The length of the In-Season program is anywhere between 8-12 weeks depending on the sport and the length of season. Athletes can train 1-2 days per week for 1 hour per day. The goal of the In-Season program is to keep the athlete performing on a high level throughout the entire season, injury free. Athleticism gains made in the Off and Pre-Season should excel, while no further gains should be expected at this time. Proper care will be taken not overtax or overtrain the athlete. Focus is on the sport and skill level, not the training.
