Stress; What’s the Big Deal?
In this seminar you will learn how to combat stress developed at work. With our staff we will look at the two distinct ways of dealing with stress; Eastern versus Western. With the Eastern we will look at methods such as massage, meditation, yoga/tai chi. With the Western we will look at methods such as physical activity and striking sports.
Nutrition; Timing is Everything
In this seminar our staff will review how when you eat is more important than what you eat. UNICUS will also detail each of the macronutrients (fats, carbohydrates, protein and water) and explain why each is important to the human body. Lastly, we will look at some nutritional beliefs and popular diets and explain how they are just myths.

Exercise; How to start your program from your desk
Who needs expensive equipment and crowded gyms just to get in shape? Let UNICUS Performance Training show you how to change your body starting right from your desk. We will go over the three main components of transforming your body: cardiovascular exercise, strength training exercise and proper nutrition. You will learn how much of each component you really need to see lasting results. It’s really a lot less than you think.

Metabolism; Tying it all together and what it really means for you
