LTSC Winter Speed & Strength Sessions

Sundays 6-7pm HS boys and girls, North Campus upper gyms

6-WEEK WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM

Sessions will be held on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for 55 minute sessions(7pm and 8pm) for U13+ aged players in the LTSC program. Sessions will be held at The Chalet, a facility of the Pleasant Dale Park District (8300 S Wolf Road Willow Springs). You do not have to be a member of the Chalet to participate in the UNICUS program.

The session will be run by UNICUS staff who are certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS). The ratio of CSCS to athlete will be 1:5 and each session will be limited to 20 athletes. This is a great chance for LTSC players to improve their strength, coordination, stability, power and reduce chances of injury with proper instruction and supervision on the correct technique and programming for weight training for soccer players.
